availability that’s a prompt to 11:18 immediate action how to set up a website 11:22 widget now we’re getting to that many of 11:25 you maybe have it if you don’t look at 11:27 this this is important and you 13:51 just need to talk to the client and 13:53 convert them it’s is very it’s very very 13:56 simple but sometimes 13:59 when you think how to talk to the client 14:01 about the offer and how to how to get 14:04 them in maybe sounds for some people a 14:07 little bit difficult and challenging you 14:09 don’t know how to uh sell them your 14:12 services we will help with that as well 14:14 so stay tuned um we’ll get to that uh uh 14:17 soon now let’s first talk how to enable 14:20 this quick connect so you go to your 14:22 contacts section referer and then on the 14:25 right side of the screen you’ll see 14:28 Quick Connect option you toggle uh the 14:32 uh Quick Connect uh uh feature to enable 14:35 it to work toggle on Save and that’s it 14:38 so uh also cool thing about Quick 14:40 Connect is that only uh the the calls 14:43 will only be uh triggered during the spe 14:46 specific working hours of your business 14:48 of your account based on the time zone 14:50 in which your business operates so it’s 14:52 not GNA uh connect overnight or 14:55 something like that whatever you 14:58 whatever you set in your account that’s 14:59 how it’s going to work so I mentioned the sales manual 15:57 looks like so detailed instructions how 16:00 to make an 16:02 introduction what are the key objectives 16:04 core principles everything is uh is 16:06 written there sample script for calling 16:08 the leads of course included and at the 16:11 end employe instructions on how to go 16:12 through this through this whole workflow 16:15 so that’s all that you will get um as afterwards which is great and 17:16 crucial uh reasons why this automation 17:19 followup process is important is because 17:21 of customer engagement it increases 17:24 definitely the conversion and it’s 17:26 building stronger relationships you want 17:28 to increase brand loyalty and 17:31 personalization also at the end of this 17:33 call you will get some special automated 17:34 campaigns as everything else that we have in referer 18:30 uh you can adjust your messages set your 18:33 tone of voice completely adjust the text 18:37 just make sure to follow some simple 18:39 rules so that you have a great text 18:41 message so that you don’t miss out any 18:42 important detail and we will get to that 18:45 as well now so uh how to make a text 18:49 message that converts for Simple Rules 18:53 start with a friendly introduction hi 18:55 this is Mary from Riser so we always 18:57 include your business 18:59 uh name um and your name of course to 19:02 make it more personal use the client’s 19:04 name to create a connection so you say 19:06 hi 19:07 John we are offering you this and that 19:10 thank for the client for their interest 19:12 and make it clear what you want them to 19:14 do next so for example you say click 19:16 here to book now or call us now you add 19:19 booking or you add simply booking link 19:21 like I said in the previous message so 19:23 always add call to action always 19:26 personalize always introduce yourself 19:28 add urgency because it creates more 19:30 excitement and urgency for the client to 19:33 act immediately and as a bonus you in 19:35 the text messages in the campaigns you 19:37 can also add follow-up messages to send 19:39 a reminder to increase uh to increase uh 19:42 response rates and here’s one um 19:45 template that you can link to book so the clients 27:33 after the claiming an offer they could 27:36 be directed um immediately to book and 27:39 then they had drip after claim 27:41 customized with owner’s language and a
